I had accumulated more than 10k points but all were made useless and cant be redeemed further.
Ease of Reservation
I am travelling from overseas and the ease to shop for food and learn about restaurants comes handy through Eazy diner. I look forward to do lot more bookings and enjoy my time .

This is a scam
The coupon only mentioned HDFC card. I used my HDFC card but did not get any discount. The customer rep told me that it is available only on specific HDFC cards. This is a scam. Goodbye EazyDiner..

Dining & Payment at Saffron - JW Marriot Chandigarh
When I opened the app to make the payment. On the app, my reservation showed cancelled. Who cancelled I don’t know but it was quite embarrassing. I couldn’t make the payment through Eazy diner inspite of being the Burgurndy client. Had to make the payment through credit card. In nutshell- Do I trust this app for any 5 star dining, table reservation n payment option through them.. Nope.

Could not avail the discount
While the booking said 20% on everything I could not avail when I entered the amount while paying… quite disappointed… Dine out has never had such problem

Worst experience
Worst experience, fraudulent app. I booked through them and paid restaurant bill at BBQ Nation through payeazy but didn’t receive the Rs. 1000 discount as promised on top of that was charged Rs 35 extra. Will not use again.
