Bait and switch trial period
Downloaded the app for the first time to try! It gave me a 7 day trial ( not sure exactly how many days) listened to one song and it now says “free trial over”
Great app with lots of potential
Missing some core features of mainstream music players, and some bugs esp around starting up & connectivity, but the app is a godsend for someone new to Hindustani Classical music like me. Thank you very much!

Really happy to see good collection across. Few features can be improved
1. Enable view all songs in a specific album
2. Allow viewing details of song without playing
3. Doesn’t start from last played song
4. Please add more carnatic classicals

Fails to recognize my subscription
Although I am subscribed for several years it keeps asking me to renew my subscription.
Worst streaming app experience
The catalog is really good. Grouping is very well done but the app’s UX wins the worst streaming app award. It’s slow, takes a while to play and the forward and backward controls don’t work most times. Please update the app UI and make it bit usable.
Bad customer care
This is a good source for music at a place. I put direct debit from my bank. But in spite of money debited from my card on date, my account stopped working. This happened second year in row. Customer care is so poor and they don’t respond to you. They asked
me to send screenshot of payment which I did, but still , my subscription is not acting
I told several of friends to subscribe this App, now I will tell them about my bad experience
In spite of several request, you are not fixing the problem. I may have to inform my Bank and they will put your App/website under black list. This will prevent your customers to have set up direct debits

Glad I Stumbled upon this!!
I did have the Apple Music Subscription for a while now - but be it Carnatic or Indian Classical Music , the content was poor. Thank you heaps Saregama to bring about this amazing app with rich content! The UX is very good, the stream quality is excellent! One think I noticed is the search by Albums is missing - Search By instrumental or by Raga is great though...Is it a upcoming feature? Must- Have for any Indian Classical Music fan! I’ve got annual subscription now... keep up your good work!
