The app started not to work without wifi
Which makes impossible to book considering the most part of the classes get full within 30 seconds

Bad app and expensive gym
App is terrible. Classes are booked out within seconds. You pay for 4 classes per week but can only get 1 or 2.
Waste of money.

Needs waitlists!!
Pls add a waitlist option for classes that are full. Would also be great if you added how many spaces are left in a class in case friends want to go together.
A better way to check classes a few days ahead would be good - at the moment you just have to scroll into oblivion to get to the classes 3 days away.
Pls also change the splash page/home page image. I don’t want to see those 2 ridiculously fit people every time I open the app. We get it. It’s a gym. Show some weights or equipment or something without people.

Please add waiting lists to classes
Good app but it would be amazing if you introduced a way to be put onto a waiting list for classes (and notified when a space frees up) because right now, some fill up in less than a minute which makes it super hard to book classes
App crashes over and over needs an update
Can’t use to schedule. Just crashes over and over. Would love an update 🙏

Not so great. Timetable of classes to book is greyed out without ability to press on classes? Every page I go to says video content not available? Legitimately stopping me booking classes and putting me off this gym.
Search function would be great
Easy enough to use (as long as it hasn’t randomly logged you out). A search function, so you can look for a particular type of class or instructor would be great!

Good enough app but it would be great if it showed how many spaces were in the class, or at least if it was full/open to book.

Very frustrating
Given that this is the only way to book classes, it is very frustrating when it just doesn’t work, which is way too often. It seems that the developers have given up on it. Time for a new platform perhaps?
