Um I stopped playing it for a bit and now I can't get to the main screen. It goes through all the company names and the beginning song but then its a black screen. Should I just reinstall it?Sapphire131435

Black screen
I only got to play this game a couple of minutes (which i enjoyed) before it crashed. Now when I open the app it plays the intro then goes to a black screen and exits out. Please fix this..guesswho_tk
doesn't work
doesn't launch after showing the intro/opening song...no app support either (leads you to a general website in Japanese [NIFTY]). reinstalled multiple times and still no dice. apparently a lot of users have the same issue. just watch the anime.haylin_t
Doesn't work after I paid for a chapter
My screen goes black after the intro video. I'm on like the 3rd chapter I've paid for it and already read some of it. I got to login to read it next time and the screen goes black. Just ripped me off my money unless they fix it and if you go to the support you an read anything if you speak English so you get no help.Show lessCrwilson092

I want to like it
It looks like it's a really fun game but every time I open the app the Intro plays and the screen goes black and it crashes after 5 seconds. So as much as I want to play it and rate it well I cannot currently do so.Kanayaspace
Great but ...
I finished Ikki and Shin's routes and I was playing Kent route. I was working fine yesterday but now it wasn't. The game still playing the intro but it doesn't load into the main menu.
