Exactly what I needed!
I needed an app to preview and open Outlook MSG files, plus convert them to PDF, and MSG Viewer Pro does all that (and more). I particularly like the QuickLook feature, which is a real time saver. The price is quite reasonable, especially compared to other MSG viewers. So far no problems with crashes as noted in older reviews, and I was pleased to see there have been regular updates so it appears the app is actively maintained.

Works well
Does a simple job very well. I often have to view msg files from colleagues, and this opens them and lets me save to PDF easily enough.

If you’re a Mac user, you know that there are always a few apps that you have to install on any new Mac. For me, this is one of those apps. Does exactly what it says.
Helped me
I needed to open an ¿archive? of outlook messages on a Mac. This worked easily. My rating would have been 5 star if either it had more powerful search commands or it let me use houdahspot or similar programs.

I wanted to go through a bunch of emails relating to a work dispute. This small app does the job perfectly.

Firmshell's MSG Viewer Pro is a Mac Necessity for Outlook Files
While it doesn't offer drag and drop, it still works amazingly. For improvement, Ms. Liu, maybe offer a life and dark mode, and a way to see the files on the actual app.

Just What I Needed
A lot of my co-workers use Windows based PCs and when sharing emails through out systems, I end up with a ton of .msg files that I can't open, and it drives me crazy because I have to ask them to change it to a PDF, resend it to me, blah, blah, blah. Now I can skip that and get straight to the point. Best business cost I've incurred in a long time.

Good App - however high cost and app crashes
Good and useful App, -1 star for the high cost to install and -1 star for the fact that the app has a habit of crashing a couple of times a day. If the App had a lower cost then the crashing would be more acceptable. Overall good App though.
