  • Black screens

    Please fix this. I think it is due to software update on my phone.

    You’d think since it was reported back in October they would have a fix by now.
  • Worked until recently

    This did the job for the most part. Since upgrading to iOS 13.1.3 the cameras are just black screens. I’m sure they’re aware but this is the only way I have to notify the developers.

    Updated my phone last week and now the app doesn’t even work. Probably because the app hasn’t been updated in 3 years and now it’s incompatible.
  • NUVICO OUT OF BUSINESS

    Nuvico went out of business a couple years ago. They were there one day and gone the next. The abruptly closed with absolutely no exit strategy for their dealers and customers. I had a bunch of customers with useless DVR’s and NVR’s asking me why their remote viewing apps stopped working. If I could sue them I would, but there’s no company to sue! A**HOLES!

  • Liked old app a lot better

    We used EasyNet for four years with no issues....when we updated our iPhone to iOS11, we could no longer use that app....please update the EasyNet app to work with iOS11....EasyNetHD2 is absolutely terrible!!

  • Broken with iOS 11

    The old app is unusable now with ios11 and now this horrible app they put out doesn’t even work with my camera system. It keeps giving a “network instability” error.

  • Apple phones need to restart in order to reopen application

    Receive an invalid ip or port when reopening it. Forces me to restart phone in order to reopen application.

  • Not Working

    Does not work. Keep getting stability errors. Forget about calling Nuvico, they dont answer and eventually a recording, "Sorry about your problem, goodbye".
