If you have the model trx10 please download their Smart Fitness App because if you download this one it work. It will say connection failed. I made that mistake. :)trx10
No app
There is no app for the Fitness Band that I have. This app says its for the Trx220 model or whatever and I have the Trx10. It just keeps saying "connection failed" and I have tried and tried again and again with the same results. Make your app compatible with ALL of your products or at least make separate apps for all of your products.Gdrdyhhcj

I got my traxx wireless activity tracker from Freds and keep trying to pair it and it keeps saying my Bluetooth is turned off, please fixJoebobpopcorn8

I just got the Traxx Activity Tracker from my local Dollar General store. I have been impressed so far (4 days) since I've purchased it and it has work flawless with this app. I am a Parkinson's Disease fighter and I am using this to increase my daily activity. I am rating this, so far a "Solid" 4 Stars, the only reason why I have not rated it 5 Stars is because I was hoping for the app to have an by the hour chart. I also hope they will consider putting in a sleep movement tracker as well. I am running this app both on an iPhone 5 and a iPad mini with no issues so far. Good job on simple to use app!YoungOnsetPD
