App fails to load after December 7 Update
Disappointed that the update of the app now means the app fails to load on my iPad 2 That means I can't turn the lights on and off anymore - pretty annoying.
Looking forward to a fix SOON. Otherwise, I guess I'll have to move to OpenHAB or something else. Shame as I like that NEO is comparatively easy to create new control panels.

Hey SoloMalee , Do you also have an iOS 9 or iOS 10 device? A rollback to app version 1.770 is now possible. To do this, you simply have to reinstall the app via "Purchases".
