No longer in business
We received this thermostat with a new install. There is zero support and zero customer service. The website is no longer existent. Our thermostat died today and it’s 105 degrees out. There’s no rhyme or reason to the app and no way to get any support through the app. Terrible.julesg2244

We got this thermostat with a new install and we’ve had it less than a week and I’m ready to go spend money on something else. The app is dang near impossible to read. White font on an orange background in size 8(?) point font. Why? It doesn’t even look good so I’m struggling to understand. I need to set the program and I toggle to it and just get frustrated because it’s such a stupid set up. I’m not an old person trying to do this. I’m tech savvy. This is just a terribly set up app.
Reading reviews has me concerned. We have other thermostats with better apps, not great, but better.Show lessBTQ
App not working
App was fine until I needed to change my password and now it crashes, I can not do anything remotely. I can not get support either.Bree06

App works well but it crashes when I try to change my password and there is no current support to fix it so now I can’t even use the app anymore.i3baller11
Good, but a little clunky
So far, I'm liking the Wi7 thermostat. It would be helpful if the programming page listed the name of the thermostat you're trying to program (at the top of the screen). It would also be helpful to show that blue = cool and red = heat. And while you're at it, it would be nice if the Wi7 website had a way of leaving feedback.Show lessLizR-NM
