When I tried to activate premium I was asked to "Allow the App to access my contacts to see who are users of Speakapp" does it mean it won't work without having instal this app to your target device? If so, this is not what I'm looking for.
What I need is an App that tracks via GPS as long as you have his/her mobile number and that number is active in that certain mobile.
One star rating from me for it isn't clear app descriptions.
