Worst Gambling App on the market
This is my first review ever written about any app I have ever downloaded. This software glitches out and fails more than it actually works. It randomly disconnects, looses progress in bonus rounds and then looses all the credits you earned. If you really enjoy wasting time and getting aggravated with an app then this is perfect for you! You would think especially being an app produced for a major casino company that it would be top notch, but maybe this is an indication of how bad their actual casinos are and might deter me from spending real money in their properties!

Developers not updating when they should
The loyalty program is great. But the app developers are lazy. They will put out a new game that cannot be loaded or played, which means customers and players miss out on the challenges and opportunities to win additional points and credits, because it needs an update in order to load the new game and by the time they get their act together to put out the update AFTER the new game launch, the challenge to gain free credits for playing the new game is already over. Someone needs to pay attention, get rid of the lazy developers in this world with qualified people desperate to work and actually get someone in there who can figure out how marketing and deadlines work so that the users of the app aren’t the ones constantly on the losing end. It’s getting annoying!

It’s okay, the free spin every 4 hours must be set to never hit any of the bigger wins on the wheel. So don’t expect big winnings. I did have to call customer service. Took care of the problem right away!
So, I’ve played this awhile, it’s like the Hollywood Casino in Toledo. You never win. Anyone see the movie Moneypit with Tom Hanks? Download the app, or visit the Toledo casino. I have been there so many times and saw people who wouldn’t insert their Penn Play card, and would win. If their card was inserted they didn’t win. They swore up and down that Penn controlled who wins and who didn’t!

Real slots pay better
We’ve been trying to determine the RTP on double patriot and some of the other better slots in the app and I can say with confidence that real slots pay out more to the players. We just hit the 800k spin mark and NOT ONE TIME have we ever had 3 double patriot symbols on Double patriot slot, Regardless if we’re betting 50m a spin or 50k a spin. We’ve never won more than 5 million on the free spin every 4 hours. For an app that’s free, they should at minimum, turn up the RTP, people will still buy more money but there’s no excitement if you never hit jackpots. That’s the point of slots, to hit jackpots and I’m convinced it’s impossible to hit and if anyone says otherwise, they probably work for the company or are betting $5k. Not one 3 reel slot has ever paid a full jackpot. Vegas slot machines shouldn’t have a higher RTP than a free app.

What’s going on
I have been playing this game for a while. You get offers to play certain games to get free spins, but then the games the want you to play can’t be found. Like today was play roulette for 60 free games. Low and behold there is no roulette game so I figure let me play all the games with wheels to see if that works so I was unable to get the free spins. I buy coins and they get taken sure I understand it’s a gamble you win you lose but the amount of loses to wins is crazy cause by the time you start having fun the coins are gone. You always get the lowest jackpots and like someone else said the free wheel spin every four hours ain’t even worth playing cause you only get up to like 400k which after about 4 spins is gone. I play this game because I visit the casino and what’s the point of adding my players card if I don’t get no perks anyway. I like the slots but the coins and free games are bogus.

Horrible
This is a horrible games to play half of them does not load and the more money you put in them the less more you loss . If you get the game they tell you you did not get the game right so you don’t get the credit. The games on Sunday is no one’s a loser but I never see my points.. . I told them about it this morning and they told me I did not get it then a few minutes later he come back so I’m sorry but you did get it right that’s not very professional of them. Horrible horrible game.

Was My Favorite
This was my favorite casino app, play at least 5x’s a day, however I can never redeem my promo codes so I miss out on a lot of freebies, and it also freezes a lot lately. Have been spending money thinking it would help me win more but can’t seem to get ahead. As soon as I get a lot of credits they disappear. I wish they would work out the bugs, looking for a better casino app experience. I will be sad to leave this one.

Mine locked up
I love this app it’s like a real casino because I lose a lot When you win you win big! I usually have enough money to keep playing for a while. I also like the fact that it’s connected to my players card for Hollywood Casino so I can see my real offers. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t remember my password now and it’s locked me out so I can’t play and when they send me a link to reset it won’t. It gives me a message that I have to go to the actual casino to change my info. My address and email has changed. That is a hassle.

Shop is broken
After the last update, the shop will not open at all. I’ve been trying to do my daily spin for a week, but it just keeps giving me the loading circle. Hope they fix it soon because I enjoy this app for the most part. I’m giving the app 3 stars right now because I can still play the games, but will change my rating to 5 if they fix it soon.

50% bonuses
I signed up yesterday and made 4 purchases. They are advertising double the credits with a 100% bonus. I received the bonus on my first and last purchase. The 2 purchases in between…. Nothing….. I have emailed and they responded saying they manually put it in again on both but here it is the next day and still nothing…..
