To RICOH IMAGING SUPPORT
With my greatest respect & humility,I wish to file a serious complaint of the profound NEGLECT and INDIFFERENCE and LACK OF ENGINEERING SKILL - in the development of ALL APPLICATIONS for RICOH Imaging Products, but specifically for the THETA series of 360’ Cameras.
I cannot believe that RICOH would even allow such an incomplete and dysfunctional application that has ultimately humiliated RICOH for the many shortcomings of application, and the PROFOUND LACK OF DEVELOPMENT AND CORRECTION to these application programs!
It is simply UNBELIEVABLE that RICOH Management is not aware of, or has chosen to not addressing these errors, issues, failures, and severe dysgunction of the application.
At the Apple ‘Appstore’, RICOH has thousands upon thousands of THE WORST REVIEWS in all of the appstore history! AN UNHEARD OF FAILURE IN IMAGING!!
Every complaint is a profound statement of the gross indifference, unprofessionalism, lack of foresight, lack of engineering skills, and lack of managerial and techincal expertise that I find both SHOCKING and EMBARASSING. I WILL -NEVER- PURCHASE OR USE ANY RICOH PRODUCTS, NOR WILL I PROVIDE ANY SUPPORT OR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FOR THESE PRODUCTS. I REFUSE TO FURTHER SHAME AND TARNISH MY REPUTATION, EVEN IF RICOH DOESN’T CARE ABOUT ITS OWN REPUTATION. GOOD RIDDANCE TO A HUGE COLLECTION OF SELFISH AND INCOMPETENT FOOLS!! disgusting!!!!
