1.17.61 Includes Enhancements and Bug Fixes(Reset Recommended) >You can now search for items that you wish to receive when processing PO receipts Purchase orders can have too many lines to review line-by-line when creating receipts. To make this process more efficient, an item search is now available. >During receiving, users can now enter a tracking number for a receipt line. The capability to capture atracking number is available on the ERP server side of the receiving process. Users want to be able to entershipment tracking information during receiving on the mobile application as well >User notes on the iPad for receipt lines, par cart lines, and order guide lines are now available Users can create, read, update, and delete user notes for order guide and par cart lines. Notes that are added to a requisition flow to the purchase order when it is created. These user notes are now visible in the iPad Receiving module, just as they are on the ERP Server Receiving feature. You can read, add, edit, and delete user notes on the mobile device. Enhancements: You can now receive purchase orders with ERP Mobile. The receiving process lets you create receipts forpurchased items that have been delivered. The items can then be distributed to departments, and invoices for theitems can be matched with the receipts. This feature is now available on Mobile ERP. Bug Fixes: 1.) User Notes created on the server ERP application for par cart and order-guide lines were not propagating to the iPad par cart and order-guide lines.This problem has been resolved so that the user notes icon and text appear as designed on the iPad. 2.) A checkbox on the User Profile Authorities tab -- Allow Inventory Quick Issue – controls access to theiPad’s Requisitions menu.

Enhancements: Scanning of GTIN values is available on the iPad for physical inventory, picking, quick issues, inventory return, requisitioning, and par carts. This update includes bug fixes as well. Please see release notes on the app for more information.
