Difficult to use
When this app launched I was unable to log in. There is means to contact Public Opinion for help on this. So until I was able to get off work to call during business hours AND find a phone number to call for assistance I lost a month. They don’t cover much local news so I know I didn’t miss much, but I still paid for a service I did not receive. While the lady oh the phone was very nice and was able to help me log in, they refused to make me right financially. Plus I found out in my search for a phone number I was being vastly over charged for the subscription that is difficult to use. I’m very disappointed in a Public Opinion and Gannett. Their policies feel almost predatory and I have marked to calendar to cancel my subscription next year. It’s sad to see what was once a decent publication become so lacking.Po

Online obituaries have not been available through the app for a week or so but are available at the online version of the PO - fix the app!Cool
