They charge to reschedule
When I tried to reschedule on Line, they sent me the following message:
“We would like to inform customers that our system is that if a customer makes a reservation and then cancels, they will not be able to use that reservation again. In addition, if a customer wants a new service, they must make a new booking.”
They basically want me to go to the app and pay again, even though I just wanted to reschedule. I ended up messaging their staff online for about 20 minutes and couldn’t resolve the issue. I am just giving up and going to use a different app instead.
