Need page marker and highlighter.
The app is easy to understand. Drawback, it doesn’t have a way to mark page for reading flow, nor does it have a highlighter feature on favorite sayings and way to write notes on favorite sayings. Overall, great app.

I thank you for this app many times over. Mitchell’s is my favorite translation. I carry the little book when the battery’s dead. (It *would* be nice to allow landscape orientation on my iPad but I can live with what is.)

Amazing
Having this app has been such a blessing. Instead of habitually opening instagram, I’ve found myself opening the Tao Te Ching, which is a much better habit to form on every level.

Great app, but I would appreciate more variation of font and font size. I like smaller text, and I'd love the option of Times New Roman. Thanks!

The Tao app that can be named is not the eternal Tao app… that being said, this version comes directly from the Tao Te Ching translation by Stephen Mitchell. Nothing more, nothing less. The app developer completed their work and then let it go, and that is why it is eternal.
Best companion for a warrior
This is an incredible resource to go through as often as you like and stay centered. You can easily favorite and find the chapters you like the most. Great experience all round
Timeless Wisdom
It’s really nice to have the simple and timeless wisdom of the Tao in this medium. Few works considered wise are so ruthlessly succinct and directly applicable to one’s life. This format, as well as the original text, makes it very easy to read in small chunks.

So glad I finally decided to download this! As a young man, new to his spiritual journey, I’ve been looking for pieces to read and fill my mind, but never have the time or money to buy and ready the physical copies. This app has been an absolute wonderful resolution and I’ve been enjoying reading so far!

Nice app but it needs some sort of bookmark
I really like this app, but I wish there was someway to keep track of where we left off if we are reading the chapters in order. Perhaps that last chapter read could be highlighted in the table of contents. This would be great.
Also, when, using the shuffle feature, I would like to be able to go back to the previous chapter that I just read. Some sort of go back function would be nice, because if you use the shuffle future, if you can’t remember the chapter number of the previous one that you read, there’s no way to find it. I would like to be able to go back to the previous one, and the one before that, and the one before that.
But out of these two features, the bookmark feature would be better. I really would like to be able to read the chapters in order and remember where I left off.
