If we read the Tao with our entire self (particularly this version) we can’t help but understand that only in developing Oneness will we ever gain Wholeness. Jesus, the Buddha, and in this present day, Thich Nhat Hanh, and many other enlightened prophets have much wisdom and guidance to offer us. But the Tao cuts straight to undeniable, unarguable Truth that can only make us into better human beings.

Not a big fan of the interpretation
I have some doubts about the accuracy of this translation. The printed version I have of the Tao Te Ching (relatively recent and translated by experts) differs quite a bit in some chapters.

I like how simple this app is. Easy to read.
One thing I would suggest is a bookmark of some sort. That way I remember where I left off. For now I’ll just use the star as a bookmark.

I own 7 versions of the Tao te Ching because each has unique interpretations. This has been a great addition to my collection and one of few apps I open daily.
Moreover, the developer has been providing fantastic updates which is rare in today’s mobile application world.
Oh and that WSJ reviewer needs to get over itself and stop being so politically childish. This app is GREAT!

This app is a lifesaver
I’ve been looking for an easy way to have the English translation of Tao Te Ching and this app has been by far the best way for me to find the sections I’m looking for ready and on hand.
Really appreciate that someone has gone through the work of translating this and creating such a user friendly version that I can refer to on a daily basis

Good book, OK app
All pronouns are “she” because... virtue signaling?
I’d understand doing a mix, or maybe making it a setting where we could switch between the two genders, but it makes it more difficult to relate to
