False notifications
I constantly get notifications that there are players ready to play, and when I open the App and search for an opponent, nothing. I’ve waited up to 15min before giving up on a search. Only reason I still have it is because they pair me up with noobs and it’s easy money. I $6 prize on hearthstone is a $2.5 net after their fees.

I played and won my match almost 24hrs now and I have revived my money because it’s still saying pending .. please fix issues
Good concept
The only problem I have I actually finding a match. If there is supposedly 1000+ people in the matchmaking for a game mode, then why haven’t I found a match after 10min+ of waiting. I feel as if the numbers of players that are in the lobby for that game mode are just fabricated to make it look like there are actually people playing.

No Tech Support, Allows players to steal your money
I couldn’t be more upset at the amount of money I put into this app after other players have gotten away with stealing my money. It does let you win real money, but there is no tech support to judge disputes between players. On 1 occasion, an aggressive player insisted that I rematch him after he lost to me, and I declined. Upon starting a new challenge intended with someone else, the aggressive player has a pending challenge waiting for me in Clash Royale. I accidentally clicked on his invite, played him, lost, and he insisted that he won my money when I had previously told him that I declined a rematch against him. On another occasion, a player continually asked me to play while I was asleep, and then decided to post a picture with a challenge against some random person that wasn’t me, claimed the victory over me, and because I did not address the illegal challenge in time, the app awarded this player the money without even checking the picture to realize that it wasn’t me who participated in the challenge. I immediately withdrew all the money I had left inside of the app and deleted it. The idea of the app is cool, but the quality, diligence, and infrastructure of the app barely exist.
