Best station in the universe! App needs CarPlay
Love the update! The app just needs a CarPlay function, and it would be cool if it always showed the current song/artist. Thanks for bringing the tunage!!
my fave station, but needs improvement
weqx is my fave station. If you’re into indie this is one of the best web streams around. The only thing that bugs me is this when it plays, there is no controls on the lock screen and control centre. And it doesn’t stop other audio playing when it starts like when you want to switch from listening to podcasts.

...but I wish they would invest in higher streaming quality! I would listen to it all day if it was 128mbps
In-app volume has been fixed
Well, now the in-app volume is the right volume! So, no complaints. Or rather, I LOVE WEQX and this app lets me listen to and see the names of the tracks playing (without having to listen to third-party commercials). So happy that the volume issue has been resolved.
Crashes!
App crashes all the time. 5 minutes of rippin tunes then off, very annoying. Old app ran for days! I'd hold off on updating until it gets fixed.
I love EQX!!!!!
But this app is lacking. It goes out every 10 minutes or so (sometimes much less than that). Then you have to re-open the app and hit play again to get it going. Very frustrating.
Why not just distribute stream?
Low-rated because it is a horrible model for distribution of radio. Why not just stream over generic server via .pls file request? Avoid all the proprietary, advertisement-laden crap with streaming through some custom-made (and bug-ridden) app or player. Then people listen over any of 40+ players that play .pls-specified streams, such as iTunes. Soon my ham sandwich will want its own app.

Good but needs improvement
This app is great, and I never have a problem getting a stream. If you press the "info" button within the app, there is a pop up and there is no way to remove it. You have to restart the app to get rid of it, so that's a feature that needs to be fixed.

Great radio. Horrible app.Recommend using Radio BDC instead.

Can't get a stream. Station is great, but app isn't.

I love eqx and I'm so sad that this app won't work! It opens and then nothing happens. Hope this is fixed soon so I can listen at work.

love the variety in the music
Unreliable.
Drops and skips after some period of play. Stop then play will get it back for a while, then it gets choppy again.
Killing and restarting the app only temporary fix.
It's a shame since WEQX is the only commercial radio station worth listening to, but their signal has a lot of dead spots in my area.

Works great!
I have an iphone 5 and i can now listen to my favorite station without the need of a radio. Just needs an update! Some of the features are no longer available. And the resolution isn't fit for the iPhone 5 but that isn't a big deal if your in for the music ;)

Does what it says, streams the best radio station in the Capital Region! It's free too... so get it, yeah.
iPod Touch Problem
The app does not play music on my 4th gen. iPod Touch. I get the adverts okay, just no music.
