Deleted ALL my birthdays

I clicked into my app and it has deleted ALL of my birthday I have entered. I’m not very pleased. I emailed “Theo” but of course no response and still don’t have any of my birthdays back. Frustrating as I had over 30 birthdays entered that I loved having the reminders for so I never forgot anyone.

Great But Wish For More Ages

I don’t know why we have to pay to count more birthdays please at least let us put 10 birthdays for free we should It have to pay😭🥲🥹but what does app still really good but maybe if you could add 10 birthdays for free then I would give 10 Plsssssssasssss

Simple is better, and this is perfect

I was looking for an easy way to monitor some important ages and birthdays , and this is aesthetic and very simple to use. I am VERY happy with how this app does not bombard you with dozens of features , do your job well and you don’t end up doing lots of medium well tasks
I’m very happy I paid for unlimited birthdays and no ads
Thank you very much for the simplicity. It’s honestly very refreshing

Deleted birthdays- Fixed

Before recent update, was great. Recent update deleted most of the saved birthdays

Edit: Toggled iCloud Sync & birthdays are back. This was the only issue I’ve had with this app in years of having it. Thank you for updating & contacting me with resolution

Hi Sullivan0123, it's quite possible that some of your birthdays have been hidden with the latest update - which was obviously not intended. While I'm working on an update, please turn off “iCloud Sync” in the app settings (bottom right tab) which should restore your data right away. Update: Thank you so much for editing your review. 🙏 😊

Lost everything - Fixed

I’ve had this app for years and loved it. Went to look at my saved ones today and everything was gone like it completely reset my account. Highly disappointing.

UPDATE! I got an email from the developer and the problem was resolved. Thank you so much for your help! All of my dates have been restored! All I had to do was turn off iCloud sync in the app.

However, in order for you to fix this immediately, please try turning off “iCloud Sync” in the app settings (bottom right tab), which should restore your data. Thank you! Very disappointed!

I purchased unlimited birthdays a few years ago and add to the list often then all of a sudden my list has been deleted from the app! I would really like for it to be restored!

Hey CorinaP30, I deeply apologize for the latest hiccup - it‘s been fixed with the latest update and your data should re-appear. You may need to to toggle off „iCloud sync“ in the app settings temporarily and your birthdays should show up again. ☺️ If not, please reach out to me via email. 📧

Good for 2 years

I used this to keep track of my pets birthdays and it did work wonderfully for 2 years and was amazing. Unfortunately just opened the app and they’re all gone :( I have updated the app and still nothing

After an update, all birthdays I had previously added have disappeared.

Love the app, but all birthdays were gone one day

I just went to enter a birthday, and all of my saved birthdays were gone. I’m trying to email through the app for help, but it’s not working. Hence the review. I otherwise love the app for keeping track of kids’ birthdays!

Lost all my data

Edit: Opened the app recently and all my data is gone! Changing to one star. Previous review: Good app, but needs the ability to show months for babies and years for adults. The email feature doesn’t work if you use gmail instead of the built-in mail app (so I have to review to give this feedback)
