It’s very bad app , very slow, can’t delete lots of emails easily, I need to open every single email and then delete it. Very poor app needs lots of work to improve.Baby Haddula

The mobile app is slow and lacks functionality, my biggest annoyance is dealing with the emails, why can’t I mark as read on mass?
Many functions then direct you to the web site which in not optimised for mobile. Again handling emails is a pain. Making holiday clubs bookings is equally painful. Even using my PC dragging each option across is annoying, not being able to see which days have what without having to click through, which takes too long.Show lessMarkus100
Terrible app
This school app is rubbish, confusing and quite limited in what it does. It does not work on mobile devices. My daughters’ school is currently looking to shift away from this as it has not worked. Parents (like me) are frustrated and hate using it. I have heard that Barker (Hornsby) is taking legal action against the developers for failing to live up to their promises.

The worst app I have ever used
Utter useless; slow and relying on the companies website rather than being mobile or app optimised. Repeated error code (E09) when trying to launch the app, impossible to find how to fix or contact for support via the app as it is stuck on the login page.

A communication app that doesn’t communicate
This app does not notify you of new messages despite all push notifications being enabled. Ridiculous considering that is it’s sole purpose.Loradora99
So slow it’s almost unusable
Just downloaded the latest version that suggested there were performance improvements. The app remains the slowest app I use - second slowest is the Engage website!a grumpy one

This app is terrible. It is goes through to the website which is not mobile enabled so you can’t read it or action things easily.

Hello Loubytoo I am sorry you are dissatisfied with this app. If you were able to let me know which school's version of this app you are accessing I would be happy to support them in improving their set up and therefore providing you with a better experience. Hello Blue Rose I am sorry you don't appear to be happy with the App. Have you updated to version 1.5? If so are you still facing the same issues? I understand the usernames and passwords are provided by your school and not Engage so perhaps you may wish to speak to the school about that part of your review. You also mention that no support is given, might I ask how you requested support? Your first port of call would have been your school and then if they were unable to help they should contact Engage.
