Exercise, test, and education modules cover fall prevention, knee arthritis, lung health (e.g. COPD), and dizziness. Set personal goals for your health. Use the convenient health diary to keep track of your health history, medications, hospitalizations, etc. If you have COPD, use the built-in COPD Action Plan daily to monitor your lung health. Track your health and share your results with your family and care team.
