This game

There are only like 5 story’s in each funny story binder! And you have to pay for more books! So not cool! SO PLEASE CHANGE THAT.

Hi Elisabeth, Thanks for your review. Each story collection actually comes with 12 new stories. When you first get a story collection, you’ll notice there are six stories ready to play and six more that unlock as you play. So that’s 12 stories for just 99 cents. That’s a lot of laughing! Thanks.

UPDATED Review: Difficult to get support.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the developer, and while we were not able to determine what caused the issue, he was able to come up with a solution. My son now has the collection he wants, and he’s very happy about that. I also purchased additional story collections for my younger son. They love the stories they can create with this app. Since they’re close in age they like to compete with each other, and the scoring feature is great for that. Teaching parts of speech can be cumbersome. This is a great way to get/keep them learning while sparking creativity and keeping them entertained. The ability to save their stories is also pretty awesome. They love to show me the stories they’ve created. Great app and learning tool!

I downloaded the app for my kids. I wanted them to have a fun way to learn parts of speech. They loved it! My older son wanted to buy one of the story collections because he had already gone through all of the free ones. I approved the purchase. However, the story collection never appeared on his phone. The money was taken. When we tried to restore the purchase it said it was purchased with a different Apple ID. It wasn’t. I cannot find any other way to get in touch with the company other than Twitter (or hopefully this review). I don’t have a Twitter account anymore. It’s unfortunate that the creators of this app do not make it easier to contact them. Customer Service and Support should be at the forefront of their business model. Apparently, it is not.

Best game ever!

This game is the best!! If you ever want to kill some time and get some laughs, this game is the perfect choice! It’s really fun to play with friends. And, yes you do have to pay for some stories but they’re surprisingly cheap. The only complaint that I have is that it does get boring after awhile and that could possibly lose you some potential customers. Maybe you could add a few more free stories? Idk. But I recommend this to anyone and everyone! Great game!

Favorite new game!

I thought this was going to be just like Mad Libs, but it’s actually so much more fun to play. I love that there’s a bad word filter (why doesn’t the MadLibs app have that?!?). And the scoring is fun, too. It’s my favorite new word game. Really good app!
