Funny and wholesome!!
So cute the way this game is set up. By the time it asked me to consider premium it was the writer of the game directly speaking to the reader and you immediately feel connected to him as a person and want to support him, and he doesn’t ask for much to do so! Fun and witty
I just discovered this game and love make your choice type stories and corny jokes…oh and throw back style graphics, so I decided to give it a shot. After playing the tutorial and first chapter I bought the premium version because I’m excited to keep going with the stories. It’s a fun, simple concept game. The questions are either super easy or make you think a bit which is good. Keep the stories coming please ☺️Show lessChristy2199

I am VoiceOver user, and it doesn’t seem to work all that easily with it. Also, I would like to be able to turn off the music. Please update this app to work better with voiceover and have settings to turn off music. Thanks.Blinking Betty

This is a good game, even without the expansion pass. I need to get to the other levels. Mr Smith is pretty well written by Steve, and as a Stephen myself, I can tell my fellow Stephen: Good job. I’m rating Mr Smith 5 stars. If, however, the game was totally free, it would go higher to maybe 6 stars, crashing Apple App Store because Mr Smith is amazing. Good job Steve. This is the sort of game I want to play and support- not a mobile version of a slot machine that tries to get me addicted and bankruptcy, but a lovely experience that makes me laugh and says, “Um, can I borrow $3 for a sandwich?”

Very fun, but wish more was free
I love this game. Very fun and captivating. It’s just that you can only play about 3 stories without buying the premium. Lucky it’s only 3 or 4 dollars, so I plan on buying itEmmaMe413
Everything I had unlocked is now locked again...
I had been enjoying the game and had watched enough ads to unlock most of the stories with “Smith” bucks. But I hadn’t had time to get to some of the stories yet.
I upgraded the app to a new version thinking, “Eh, they’re not going to take away access to levels I have already unlocked, because that would be terrible!” Sure enough, now they’re all locked again and my advertisement watching was in vain. I’ve already paid for this app with my time and have had it taken away. And I’m not paying again.

This is a slightly interactive story —- not a choose-your-own-adventure, since the choices don’t affect much —- with trivia mixed in. With some silly dry humor, it’s fun at first....
BUT.... after a few introductory levels, a pay wall pops up. Sure, you can replay old levels or watch ads to EVENTUALLY unlock new chapters, but the trivia questions don’t change??? I imagine most people delete this about the time they discover this debacle. You’ve been warned.Show lesswolf Stryker

This game is well created and you can tell it took a lot of time. I usually don’t write reviews but the creator put ZERO ads in this game, keep in mind this is a mobile game in 2020 so no ads is a blessing. The game was well created and entertaining. Can’t wait for more updates!Ewdbfuiwsfgfluiwhef
