App doesn’t work
The idea behind this app is great, but unfortunately it stops working. I’ve had it twice where I bought a route in the app and it crashed shortly after, which is a massive waste of money. The app won’t even open now. It’s a pity since the routes are a useful way to discover a city. However since this has happened to me twice now I won’t be purchasing anything again.

A letdown
I downloaded this app expecting several standard features that didn’t exist. First, the offline map function didn’t work. I downloaded a map of New York City for offline use. When I got to New York, no map. So I downloaded it again. And again. It never did work, so I was forced to use roaming data to view it.
When I looked at actual suggested sites to visit in the city, all the app contained was a name, picture, map location and a web link - no description of the site itself. There were no walking tours or connections between the sites.
When I finally used the map (by turning on data roaming), I found a bug. After I tapped a pin/site on the map and looked at the minimal information about the site, when I tapped the back arrow to return to the map view, it reverted to the entire city view, rather than zooming in on the neighbourhood I was just looking at. That meant I had to find and zoom in on my neighbourhood each time. That’s a small but frustrating bug from a user perspective.

If you want the simplest of features: a list of potential site-seeing locations to visit and a map, this is your app. If you want anything more comprehensive, there must be other options.

I had trouble downloading one of the guides and Sasja was vey helpful getting his issue resolved!!! Many thanks to Sasja and Mo Media!
Also, I didn't read the entire guide yet, but from what I have seen it will help me make the most of the visit to the city I'm traveling to.
