Description of Rhythm

Rhythm is the meditation timer and scheduler I couldn't find. I wanted something flexible but simple and which would importantly both time meditation and schedule it (with a daily reminder). It is simple: quickly select a duration (perhaps with some bells to recall your attention) and hit start. Set a daily reminder to help establish a regular meditation practice. As a motivational boost you can see completed meditation sessions (and streaks of consecutive days) in your History. The latest version adds timed, short reflections with note capture at the end. You can also see these reflections (and the notes) in your History. James Porter

  • Clean, simple, functional, short

I like the aesthetics of this meditation timer quite a bit. It has its own style that is unlike most others I have downloaded, and it integrates all the functions needed to set a session up and then sit all on the front page.

The one thing I would like to see is more meditation time--right now, the longest session one can set up is for 30 minutes, so it is hard to use for longer sessions without losing concentration. A 60-minute limit would be more useful for me.
