DONT BUY SUBSCRIPTION
I have been here trying to figure out how to cancel this subscription and i can’t. I found out people have been having this problem since 2020 as well. This app is criminal, so please don’t get trapped in this app, it’s not worth it. I need them to reply to my email so i can get this subscription figure out but this is just ridiculous.Show lesskawaiicat24
Wouldn’t work
Tried to use it on my phone signed in with Apple ID and then attempted to create an account. Then kept getting a error saying invalid username even though it’s the username I use for everything elseShimmerFox685

the app says it requires an update, but when I click the update button, safari won't load the page. the app store on my mac does not show an update available either. it just wont work.valkyrieqc

Ok so I was playing it until o tried to play a song, I had to pay monthly and I can’t afford it at least make he songs free I don’t like monthly stuff NEVER PLAY IT BC THERE IS ALSO A YEARLY FEE SO MAKE EVERY SONG FREE… please sorry that I got mad lol but make songs free and I’ll maybe play Ty!ig its a bet

iPhone app is very buggy. Will take your subscription but won’t get you anywhere. If you want to be even more frustrated try the Apple TV app.Tecn0

This works well enough on my iPhone. However on the Apple TV, after the countdown it just says an error occurred, rendering the app useless there.Buck Bullet
Xbox app is unusable
Downloaded on xbox. It’s unusable, maybe because Microsoft updated the edge browser and the developers or karaoke one haven’t updated their xbox app? But pop up asking you to press next, or choose options just don’t work most of the time. Ended up cancelling subscription, shame really :/Starsi360
Where’s the unsubscribe button?
How does this app developer get away with providing zero way to unsubscribe? I simply downloaded it to try, found it was simply bad, and now I’m being charged monthly? Apple should remove this app from the store unless there is a clear path to unsubscribe.neoevans

Dear Karaoker, you can manage all your subscription plans to our Karaoke One services directly from your Microsoft, Google or Apple account. We can't start, modify or suspend your subscriptions from our side. For any incovinience, please, contact your Support Center for in-app purchase from your device. You can do this into Settings provided by your account: Microsoft ID, Google Account or Apple ID. Plus, in case you need to be followed step by step by us for the cancelation of your membership, send us a direct on Facebook or Instagram
