Not only is the Gas app only of the best apps I use daily for all LGSRs and job notes but the developers and Ant from support are second to none. If your looking for advice, fault finding, 1st class communication with some manufacturers, forms, discounts, real life on the job stories and photos then you should have already have downloaded this app !
I’ve been on here for 5 years plus and use it every single work day and even on my days off.
The forms are so easy to use, send, edit and access.
Fault finding is second to none ! Great amount of advice and tips throughout the whole app, in fault finding, break time, and other sections.
I’ve been helped out loads of the years through reading people’s questions and advice, as well as asking plenty of times myself. No question is ever to stupid with this safe space which has been created and maintained.
Credit to Ant and all the staff behind the scene making this app and never ending and adapting GasApp.

Great app. Few additions would be great.. add a sent (to client) button / check box to know which invoices have been sent (critical for me as i m having to use the paid button which i can t then undo if i need to send the invoice again)
Also a check box to indicate customer not present to save typing it on every form. Add these and you ve got the perfect balance in functions and simplicityShow lesscriticalle

Gas App is basically an essential tool I use everyday to help keep my business running with top class support.
The App is continually updated (even weekly) to fix any issues and add new features, the team work so hard to address any feedback as soon as possible and it includes a wealth of information including very knowledgeable engineers who are ready to help at the drop of a hat.
As a premium member I use invoicing, paperwork and reminders to stay on track.
I would be lost without this app and would recommend to any gas engineer old or new 👍🏼Show less..AB254...

Iv been with app for good number of years don’t use it much and want be moving to paid subscription, Iv had this discussion in the beginning with regards to bulk down load of my customer data with the original developer, he never addressed the issue, again many years later still no option, this app has a fundamental flaw, you are not able to bulk download your customer details to on to excel or even a calendar, basically what you input you have to individually write down and move to excel or another app, absolute waste of time, even on the paid subscription there is no option.
I can believe this simple option isn’t available even though many other apps allow this, the app works fine, may be this is to keep you on the app, or make you pay for a service.
Defo would think twice before moving all your customer valuable data on here , which may take you years to collect,Show lessKam8561

Hi, Even if you had the option to export all of your customer data it isn't universal that you can upload it elsewhere so wouldn't be worthwhile for us. We can remove your data when you leave the app if requested, and you can import your customer details from your device contacts to the app, we are also able to export all forms form the app automatically to your email to download. These methods make it so that everyone from all devices can manage their contacts and have their device as the main hub to avoid this.Gas App
