App Broken
Tha app is not working properly. When I try to use the iTOVi scanner, I only get so far and then the app gets stuck in a loop
I click scan, my iTOVi scanner vibrates, I choose the person I would like to scan and get next screen but it continuously loads and doesn’t ever stop loading so I am unable to choose how many oil suggestions I’d like. Please help

Learning how to use on new people from my upline
This a tool I haven’t use much until now! It is wonderful how much it helps people to see what essential oils they need to use to feel better, no more pain. Thank you So much God’s many blessings daily to everyone in our fantastic world

I prefer the last scanning method that supplied information based on physical, emotional and environmental factors. I currently receive very little viable information based on these scans. Muscle testing methods are much more effective as are basic intuition. I have been using iTOVi for several years and in the past it was highly effective but based on the current method I do not find it effective or worth the monthly rate.

Still having problems with skin not completing very frustrating
iOS update
Unfortunately my iTOVi scanner has been down for more than a week. Why? They need to update the app. What is it taking so long? Still unable to connect although I have gotten 3 texts saying it should be working. Folks-it is not working yet. A short delay I would understand but more than a week is unacceptable when we pay so much for monthly access. I use Apple products.

Stopped working after scanning last night it seems to be an app issue
I’ll connect start a scan and it freezes on the second bar of the scan. Tried calling customer service and no answer for 21 min. Asked for help didn’t get it til end of the day then told I have to wait til Tuesday. While it’s not a medical device it really helps me on my Lyme journey scanning each night seeing how I’m doing and what I need to do work on. Please help or fix it.

Love to scan and just a heads up…
As a long time iTOVi user I just want to let y’all know the video was very glitchy today so much so I restarted the scan just to be sure. Unfortunately it was still glitchy but this time finally scanned all the way only it did take a good 5-7 minutes before it was completely finished when in the past it has been usually 2-3 minutes it seemed (could be wrong since it has been a while since I’ve actually scanned myself).
Secondly, while trying to read my results several of the body system and emotional portions didn’t want to show up - like for one it said I had 5 recommendations but when I scrolled down it’s blank.
Lastly, the app just completely crashed. I realize there was an update just a couple days ago so there may be a typo or something within that update 🤷🏼♀️

My app is not functioning correctly. The consultant who did my last scan, on 1/9/23, suggested that I might need to update my app, but my app does not indicate that it needs an update. The Emotion section does not give a reading. It goes back to the Body Systems chart.
Until that scan, I had loved the app!
