Worthless
This app should be paying people to use it so they can work the “bugs” out, not people paying for a service that isn’t provided… I’ve worked on this app for a year and have pleaded with my company to get a different one. There is such a sheer amount of bugs and issues I can’t even begin to list them. I have weekly issues and am currently texting back and forth with my company to manage tickets and invoices. I’m actually amazed this app is still being provided and advertised. Don’t waste your money here.Awful.
Very unstable app and support went from mediocre to nonexistent.
We used coolfront before. It wasn’t the best but was stable and user friendly. FieldEdge is overly complicated and not user friendly. It often crashes. They say it’s because we don’t logout enough. Even logging out can be an issue. It will crash and won’t allow you to logout. It just spins and spins. I end up uninstalling and reinstalling at least weekly.Poor App to go with Poor Service
This app is horrible and id recommend anyone considering Field Edge or ESC to run away now.
Expect extremely long delays in response to service related issues and bugs. Your csm will likely not care to follow up on pending items and conveniently forget about all of them.
In hindsight we never shouldve signed up with Field Edge. Look at Service Titan before wasting your time with Field Edge!!!
