What about the ads?
Tried this app and I like it a lot, but i gave it three stars based on one issue which annoys me and that is, ads cannot be removed since the link to remove does nothing. I read reviews dating back a year and people were complaining back then about not being able to remove ads. So hence the 3 s stars. Shame really.Show lessvery very disgusted also!

Searching for books and verses
I plead that when looking for a verse in a book like, say Psalms 71, I can go back to the different chapters of psalms again after touching the “back’ arrow to find my next verse in Psalm 37 instead of having to go back to the whole different books of the Bible from Genesis to Revelations to look for Psalm again and then find psalm 37. Very handy!
It’s very handy having a complete bible on my iPhone if you’re into that sort of thing. Back in the old days before ebooks, when I was a road warrior travelling for business all the time, carrying a big bible was awfully heavy so I often opted for a little New Testament but that leaves out so much.
When I was in Israel a few years ago visiting Christian sites in a tour group, the leaders would often ask us to find relevant passages and this app is very fast and handy.
It’s not the best translation if you want the most literal word4word version, but I often find it is one I like best when I compare it to the New English or the New King James.
