Poor connection
The app has a problem with not opening. It says “poor connection” no matter how good my service is sometimes. That’s not a good thing to be a continuous problem when your using it for your business.dlynn1988

This app is comically bad. We have to regularly delete and reinstall it to be able to do the very basics. It’s slow, unreliable, regularly freezes and takes you to blank pages that consistently fail to load. If my franchisor weren’t forcing us to use it, we absolutely would find any other solution.tropical smoothie 223

Verify Time Keeping Screen Glitch
The verify time keeping screen jumps back to the top of the screen after scrolling past 7 employees, making it incredibly difficult to save the times at the end of the night.Mac Grill Montrose
