Not sure how to feel
I would appreciate if there there is an ability for the app to work with newer iPads. However, devices don’t even read new iOS is there a way for you guys to update the app and also make it compatible with V10? I am a DJ educator and it would save me a lot of time and resource instead of getting a physical RMX 1000 for my DJ School. Thank you.

Delay from IPAD to mixer
I have a newer iPad and hooked it up to my A9 mixer and I have been experiencing a delay of sound output. No chance in mixing/using effects. Cool idea and would be awesome without delay but doesn’t work with it iPad to A9 mixer.

Excellent application, works perfect on iPad 8 TH generation 2020 and in conjunction with djm750Mk2, you need to add a potentiometer or knob to adjust the volume of the effects console, update and take the suggestions into account.

It was a great music remix app...
But after no support for 4 years, seems unable to do basic things like even open music from itunes now. It would be a travesty to let it die from lack of support. Was a great app. Lets hope it receives some support.

This does not work on the new 12.9 iPad Pro when trying to use in conjunction with the djm900 nexus 2! Way to drop the ball pioneer and not update your app. $2000 dollar mixer I thought could work with this and I gotta buy a second old iPad to use this? Oof

I really like this software recreation and it sounds really good when utilised vía Audiobus.
One thing missing for me: MIDI assign ability. I’d really like to map the controls to a hardware MIDI controller for Live use.
It hasn’t had an update in a while, hopefully Pioneer will read this review and implement this suggestion. For the cost of the app it would definitely benefit and convince more to buy it I think. I pretty much most other FX apps have this type of functionality built in now

If you have iTunes cloud none of your songs are supported. Complete rip-off and waste of money.

Inability to lock on to BPM
Using this with my Pioneer DJM-450 via the usb effects send and return. Unfortunately this doesn’t really work very well...the app can’t lock on to the BPM of the track being played which means the x-pad is all but useless as out of timing with the music being played. Even when you tap to correct the BPM it still doesn’t work.
On top of that, a touchscreen doesn’t really lend itself to lots of controls and knobs, and while it can never really mimic a hardware device, it just doesn’t really work terribly well regardless.
I had high hopes for this in that it might replace my RMX-500 (hardware effects), but it doesn’t! Still looking for some decent effects that will work via the usb send / receive through audiobus....the search continues.
