Poor app… too many scammers trying to sell properties
This app is a great idea in theory, however it has opened the doors for people to sell their properties without being governed properly.
I have had a number of homeowners over estimating their homes value by increasing the price by 10-20k when they realise I’m not in Morocco.
Many properties are without the correct documentation of ownership and therefore pose an incredibly high risk for purchasing. Prices are over inflated… properties in poor condition. Makes you wonder why so many properties are on the market for so long.
Mubawab you need to govern the use of this app to purchasers to ensure consistency in the prices up and down the country and not just leave everyone to guess how much their properties are worth!!Show lessmzSxy
Unable to open app
Hi mubawab,
The app ask me for update but there is no new update at AppStore
I Uninstalled the app and reinstall it but still same issue (stick at the error message « …you must update the app…)Rooda
