New platform is terrible

The old TCS layout was okay but it worked, this new one is terrible, never loads fuel prices and always glitches out.

bad service, it takes forever for the funds to hit your account. Customer service representative they are all wasting customers time and they don’t know what to do. Fix the issue

Locked up card

The second time using the card. The 1st time when I get the fuel the transaction went smoothly and I got my receipt without any issues but when I fuel the second time I experienced big problems and it consumed more than a hour. Some one at their office locked up my card. Just to get fuel I called for three different individual. After I got the fuel to got my receipt I called for three different individuals again. Total it is bad experience. I hope thing doesn’t go like this when I purchase the fuel next time.

Locking

I don’t understand why it’s locking for a short time when the pump is getting an error and you have to wait for 15 minutes to get unlocked
Do something to fix this,

this app is not working properly

You can update it as much as you want, it doesn't matter. The application may work normally all week, then for several days you may not log into your account at the moment when you expected it, and be left with an empty tank. And so constantly. it's not a business, it's a hole.

Barely works in areas needed

Fuels discounts doesn't work at most fuel stations. They're steering you to TA's and Circle K's.. only participating ones work.

Very few stations we find outside of the Atlanta area.

Disappointed

Like many others using this card and app. Very disappointing that 80%of the time the app has the wrong price per gallon. Plus it’s not very user friendly. The only good thing about it is the people I talk to. Always helpful

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. The pricing we display in our app is gathered directly from our truck-stop partners. However, the price of fuel changes rapidly throughout the day, so the prices in the app are not always what you will find at the pump. At times we may also see extended delays in receiving updated pricing for some truck stops. The discrepancy can be a higher or lower cost than actual price and discount at the time of purchase. However, we do provide the date of the last update within the app for your convenience. We appreciate your business and feedback. We hope you will continue to use TCS to save on fuel. In the meantime, rest assured we are hard at work on our mobile app.
