Doesn’t work on iPhone X as of 12/27/2017. Says I’m not at the battleship when I try to start a tour.
Tough to follow, tour only works on ship
I found the app though to follow on the actual tour. They don't give you a station number and when your tour is not in the same order (event relocation) it was not always apparent what you should be listening to at a given site.
Even more frustrating, I planned to go home and re listen to the app, but tours only work onboard the ship.
Aside from the tours, you can get the same content by working the maps.

Awesome museum app
We go to a lot of WW2 museums. This is the only one that has a decent app. So much to learn from it even when off site.
Works for me - interesting content
Great app. Love the photos and the 360 views - it was like really being there. Also enjoyed the YouTube videos. The only thing that didn't work was the augmented reality - but, especially for being free - a great app - thanks!
Great way to learn more
The ship is great! But the truth is there isn't a lot of information displayed throughout. The app made it easy to learn more about the ship and the navy. My kids really enjoyed it too!
Good concept, poor execution.
Not a good idea for a navy ship. We tried to use on multiple phones but reception kept cutting out, so we eventually gave up and stopped using it.
Battleship Iowa
I visited the Iowa this week for the second time with my 3 sons, but it was like visiting a completely different ship than the one we visited last year thanks to this app. The ship came alive and my boys were enthralled. What amazed me was how all three continued using the app in the car on the way home, watching the countless videos and learning about the ship’s amazing history. The only negative is the endless “Dad, did you know …"

Very cool
Totally fun way to experience the ship. I loved how much there was to learn and how much audio and video there was too. Really brought the ship back to life.
