Xtra drive & ios13
Hi ,after installation of ios13,I canโt see movies on naztech xtra drive, but can see pdf and photos
Increasing rating after using for a while
You must format the cards to FAT32 as the xtra drive instruction say. Difficult to do with a Windows computer, use freeware Macrorit NTSF to FAT32 Converter. Now it works with a 64 GB card. Update- increasing rating to 4 stars since this has become my favorite way to transfer files from my GoPro to my iPhone and iPad for editing and then to the computer. However, I can't get AirPlay to work with Apple TV from files on the drive, and it lacks thumbnail views on the iPhone and iPad.

Don't waste your money!
The device does not fulfill the promise to free you from iCloud. It will only back up contacts and pictures, nothing else. Pretty lame since the promise is to "Store Any File".
You can't see, let alone access, any other files on your iOS devices.

App & Product Review
The 'naztech Xtra Drive SD Card Reader' is just that - a reader without its own internal memory. This app finds my "external memory" (a provided 16GB micro "SD" card as well as a 32GB card plugged into it) on my 16GB iPhone 5, on my 32GB iPhone 5S and on my 64GB iPhone 6 - all running iOS 9.3.1.
Plugging the Xtra Drive into a 32GB iPad Air 1 this app DOES NOT FIND that exact same external memory - a let down as I create online video content and the Xtra Drive's appeal to me was quick-swapping media to and from my iPad (which I use for mobile creating and review.) My memory cards were already 'FAT32'. None were 'NFTS' but you can check the format of yours by right-clicking it in Windows explorer and then clicking 'properties' in the drop down menu. Media transferred from the reader to your device doesn't show on your camera roll so you'll need this app to manipulate it and it will take up memory on your device, even if cloaked. Playing back media directly from the card in the reader it constantly buffered, compelling me to transfer it to my device for smoother playback (so much for saving space).
The lighting connector on the Xtra Drive protrudes from its housing less than it does from an Apple charge cord so most iPhone cases will have to be removed to use the reader because the shoulders of the Xtra Drive bump into the case. iPad cases are usually book-types and seldom encase the body but ah..the irony, this app and reader didn't work for my iPad Air.
Lastly, despite the name Xtra Drive, without its own internal memory it is only a u-style micro "SD" card reader (there's a USB end for the PC). Card readers cost only few dollars anywhere and "aircraft aluminum" LED flashlights are 5 bucks by the register. Yet, this thing is expensively priced - $80 where I found it and the store internet-price-matched it down to $66 for me.
It's a good concept - product and app - but it needs to go back in the development oven a bit longer and return with a more realistic price. Save your cash and seek a cheaper way.

xtra drive
Drive fails on every attempt out of the box. I get an open dir error?! Product looks nice, app opens, but completely useless right now. $83 brick.
Not worth more than 10 bucks
Does not support any cards larger than 32 gb
Not so good
This is the same App as iexpand, and has the same issues. Inserting the thumb drive into my iPhone results in an error. Can't find path! Very retro but completely useless!
Hopefully they'll make it work soon. The matching thumb drive was very expensive!

Love it !!!
This app is very straight forward and easy to use. This is a major plus because I hate when I download an app and it isnโt user friendly. I just plug in my Xtra drive and I can move my files around with a couple of clicks which is way more convenient than having to back up to my iCloud. I also like that this is a free app! Pretty cool!

Xtra Space..
I love the XTRA Drive App!
Having an outdated Mac Notebook I wasnโt able to transfer my important data from my phone to my computer. The XTRA Drive app lets me easily move my music, pictures and files into the app without restriction of software, and then move it over to my Macbook using the XTRA Drive Device. Thanks to the new XTRA Drive App and XTRA Drive Device I can use my phone and mac together again!
XOXO!

Excellent App!
This app is extremely easy to use. As soon as I connected my Xtra Drive it prompted me to download the app, and within seconds I was transferring data seamlessly between my iPhone and my computer. I was surprised how easy it was to use. Iโve actually tried similar apps for transferring data and they were pretty confusing. This one was really user friendly which I like, because I donโt want to spend a bunch of extra time learning new tech. I would recommend this to anyone!
