Dear Customer, Thank you for the review. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience you have encountered with the app. Please note that it's impossible to purchase the same product for the same account twice, so kindly follow these instructions in order to restore your IAP (in-app purchase): 1) Set up the same Apple account from which the purchase was performed on the device. 2) Download (!) the app with the above-mentioned account. 3) Turn ON your internet connection before app launch. 4) Launch the app and tap the "restore purchases" button that is mainly located on the main menu. If the problem arises, please get in touch with us at info@bimiboo.net, and provide us with a screenshot from your order history illustrating the purchased product and a screenshot of the main screen of the app you are trying to restore.

Why is there only one game per level?

Hi there and thank you for your feedback! Please note that in the demo version, we only have three mini-games available to play. However, if you've purchased the full version, you should have access to 30 mini-games within the app. If you're having trouble accessing the purchased content, please reach out to us at info@bimiboo.net, and we’ll be happy to help you resolve this issue.
