Cutting your reps down to two??!! I drink the Loreal Pro cool aid on the daily. I love the products and the color. I loved being able to call my rep and have place the order and telling when things were coming up. I subscribe to Summit and education. I want to let you know that it takes nearly 45-60 seconds to place one item in your cart because the app is overloaded with ads and other sticky things and that make ordering incredibly tedious and takes time i as an owner do not have. I could have my Assitant do the reorder but she still needs my card over and over again. It’s not convenient, it’s clunky and I messaged my rep on Friday and wasn’t able to have any resolve until today. All LP and Summit preach is customer service, success, taking care of employees and them to see what salon centric is doing? Total hypocrisy and not about relationships in any way. Please rethink your new business strategy.
