HOW IT WORKS When you place your first order on our app, our driver will bring you our color-coded bags, so all you need to do is fill those bags according to the service you need: • The green bag is for our *Clean & Press* service: This is for all items that require special care and pressing that include suits, dresses, shirts, blouses, pants, jackets and more. Pricing is per item. • For our pressing service, use the white *Press Only* sticker on any of the bags and we'll know you just need them pressed. Pricing is per item. • The blue bag is for our *Wash & Fold* service: It's perfect for items suitable for 40°C wash that don’t need pressing like sportswear, homewear, underwear & more. Fill up the bag to the neck for a fixed price of AED 65 per bag! • The pink bag is for our *HomeCare* service: This is for all your home linens that include towels, beddings, pillows, duvets, blankets, etc. Fill up the bag with up to 15 items for a fixed price of AED 75 per bag! For future orders, we will give you some extra bags, so you can fill and leave outside of your door for pickup. On the app, you can add special instructions on how you want us to package, fold, hang, crease or starch your items. You can also report stains or write notes for delicate/expensive items.
