DayTimer er bygget op omkring piktogrammer som visuel guide til dagens aktiviteter. Aktivitetsuret kan vise tiden tilbage af hver aktivitet. Brugeren har også mulighed for at tjekke de aktiviteter af, som vedkommende har udført.
