I have a very bad experience with there employees they apologize to make transaction after I’m waiting more than 2 hours because the office manager extracted the report!!!!!MMHAli

Great App, but...
The 1-star is to get your attention, otherwise great app.
The app currently has a bug where it always has the red-dot notification badge despite me marking all my notifications as read.
The application constantly has ‘1’ notification badge, and I can’t get rid of it no matter what I tried, please fix it.
Also, a workaround would be to disable notification badges for the specific app, but then I wouldn’t see future notification badges.
So... please fix that!

Log in errors
Since the application was updated, I could not log in. I contact the bank several times and they give new activation codes but the problem still exist. Every time I try to log in, it gives me different error massages even the information is the same.HLHMD
تطبيق سيء جدا
للاسف التطبيق سيء، حساب الدولار لا يظهر بالتحويلات، ولا استطيع ايداع المال في البطاقة رغم انه الميزة متاخة لكن فيها مشكلة، الدعم الفني سيء فوق الخيال حاولت اتواصل معكم فش فايدة، لا يوجد خطة طوارئ عندكم حتى تقدروا تخدموا عملائكم، وللاسف حاولتوا تشهروا التطبيق في الازمة الحالية لكن فشلتم لان التطبيق فاشل وبدائي. يرجى مراجعة سياستكم ومراجعة فنكشنز التطبيق واصلاح المشكلات المنهمرة على عملائكم واستقبال ارآئهمShow lessmostafahsh
