It's free. Think N64 game with smoother graphics. No braking required. Little background on tracks. Generic cars. Weird collision idea (slightly bump a car, your car takes damage. slam into a wall, your car's good). Weird pitting rules (finished first but was disqualified for not making a pit stop within 3 laps of a 3 lap race.)
If you can get past these issues, it's a good time waster. Expect nothing fancy. It's a game with its own racing style that isn't hard to get used to. Memorize the track to stay off the dirt and you'll get a good online ranking. If you're looking for realism, this is not the game - stick to console. But it's free.
