  • Can’t open

    The app worked fine at first, but since February I have not been able to get the app to open. It just says “loading”…… I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app but nothing seems to help. It’s so frustrating.
  • Doesn’t work most of the time

    Most of the time it doesn’t even load it’s very old and outdated. Need to improve quality and get with the times.

  • Security Questions

    It told me to make security questions. So I then it will not let me submit my security questions therefore cannot get into my account.

    I have to reinstall this app about 3 times each week when checking my bank account. Considering banking elsewhere because of it.

    App was fine up until now, it’s asking me to set up my security questions but once I do the submit button literally will not let me press it? 😑
  • Not great, barely passable.

    I haven’t been a member for very long but have been familiar with credit unions for many years. Just moved to this area a couple years back and prefer a local bank. Staff was great getting me started! But then Covid hit.

    I do mostly mobile banking anyway but now even more so with trying to limit exposure and errands. This app is so slow, it’s the worst. Typically I have to type in my password approx 3 x’s before it will load my accounts. Mobile deposit is very glitchy and particular. They have you write all this crap that won’t fit, esp on checks that already have the little check mark for mobile deposit. Frustrating to spend money on stamps to send them. If they sent me postage paid envelopes that might help but still delays things a lot, esp with USPS what it isn’t right now.

    Very clunky and outdated. I keep hoping it’ll get better and that they would be a bit proactive with Covid but they haven’t. Not sure how long my patience will hold out. About ready to take my business elsewhere.

    I also have a base of comparison because of using Eastman CU for so long. Their app is very similar but actually functions efficiently and works!

    Anyway, good luck trying to use this.

  • Error

    Every time I try and open the app it gives me an error
  • Face ID problem

    If you turn on Face ID, then log out, it continually logs you back in using Face ID. This is a problem when you’ve finished your business and wish to end the session.
