  • Worst app in sooo many ways

    Out of the 4 or more years I’ve had this app, I have only earned two $5 discounts. I am in & out of these stores a few times each month. We are a small (2) adult family. Our sales receipts add up to a lot and sometimes a little. E.g., over $150 this past week, but less than $5 to get a last minute item last week (even tho I live across the street from a mega store whose name shall not be mentioned$. But the app seldom works more than once (or less) every few weeks. The cashiers try to help get it to work. I have NEVER received any help from the customer service staff. No one has ever offered to have me come back and get the receipts put into the system. I live in a town without its own Walts store. I pass at least 4 of their competitors to shop there. I give them more of my business due to it being a small local family owned still? business. One that offers early shopping hours for the elderly 5 times a week. I will admit that when we had a major chain for several years with personable staff in the fish monger department, I only gave that store my business. But that ended at least 10+ years ago. The app sales data is still very poorly organized. What nut case would list animal food products as apart of the frozen food department? Items are not related to their categories. I’m going to try the latest trick of deleting & Re-entering a few times. I have also thought of leaving my full cart at the cash register and not buying my items. But they work hard enough. Maybe well after the pandemic, at times when the store is pretty empty. I wish the app came with a set of step by step suggestions. The kind for non-technical old people.

    App Stinks! I’m here multiple times a week, and haven’t earned $5 yet!
  • App hasn’t updated my points since July

    I shop Walts every couple of weeks. In July I made a list on the app and since then I have never been able to delete the list. It also hasn’t updated any points since then. I have deleted the app and down loaded it again, signed in on the new downloaded app. It still shows the same list and the same amount of points.
