  • Vibration to stay in target zone

    Vibration to stay in target zone would make my rating a 5. One when you first achieve, two when you go below and three when you go above 👍
  • Like the app but no notification or graph

    The app works very well with my iwatch. I just have a couple of suggestions. Notification when you make zone changes would be great since you cannot look at the watch at all time while running or working out. A graph would also be great to see your progress.
  • Works fine

    Works as promised, I just don't know why None of these apps work with the watch to tell you by vibrate if you're moving out of your zones and then back in. Add that feature and I'd be loving it. A buzz to tell you you're moving into the zone/s selected, double buzz if you go to low, triple if you go too high.... Would be awesome.

  • To stop it...

    Give it a nice firm press, like when you are changing the watches clock faces.
  • Like the workout app but better

    I've been looking for an alternative to the workout app which displays kcals, heart rate, duration, and distance all on one screen. This app does all that, plus it displays your heart rate zone, which really helps me lock in the intensity of my workout. And for anyone wondering how to stop a workout- just force touch and choose "save". Easy.

  • Needs a way to stop

    I like the idea and is very promising but i can't stop the app after a workout. So it basically ate up all my battery power. Needs a button to stop the workout.
  • Can't Stop the Workout

    The app wouldn't download to Apple Watch until I updated phone to iOS 9.1 and watch to WatchOS 2.0.1. App allows me to start a workout, but there is no way to stop or finish the work out. My workout from this morning is still ticking at over five hours. The only way to reset the app is to reset the Watch. Easier to just note current heart rate on native watchOS app as I am familiar with the different zones for my age. I love the idea, but the app needs to alert me when I am dipping below or extending above the zone I want to train in. You must visually monitor the watch, which you can do with the native exercise app

  • Exactly what I needed!!

    Love it!! Exactly what I needed. A simple, clean, Apple Watch, running app!! No need to create a log in, cloud, etc. and unlike many others, the apple watch app works independent of your iPhone so there is no need to bring your iPhone on your workout. Full HealthKit integration. Set the parameters to maintain your workout within your heart rate zone (1-5).
