A master user now has Business Intelligence. You can login as a master user, tap the "+" in the top right, and tap "Business Intelligence." Key business metrics show, such as Job Performance, Profitability, Pending Invoices, and Invoices. You can tap the number of days to see the business metrics for the time period. For example, to see Profitability in the last 60 Days, you can tap "60 Days" in Profitability. Your profitability shows for the last 60 days.

A master user, supervisor, and customer master user can login and see Bid Status. Rather than have to open the Bid and look at the background color for the Work Orders to see the status for the Work Orders for the Bid, a right arrow head button shows for each Custom Bid. You can tap the button to see Work Orders for the Custom Bid. The background color shows the Status. Rather than have to open the Work Order for the Custom Bid and see what vList items are done, a right arrow head button shows for each Work Order for the Custom Bid. You can tap the button to see vList items for the Work Order for the Custom Bid. A green check mark shows next to each completed vList item. You can see, on one page, exactly what is done on all Work Orders for each Custom Bid.

When creating a Custom Bid, the Unit Number auto-fills. Instead of having to key in the entire Unit Number and tap "Add", if the Unit Number already exists, the first couple characters can be typed, and the Unit Number can be selected from the drop-down.

Image thumbnails are larger and simpler. Image file size and file name no longer show when an image is uploaded. The image thumbnail shows, and is larger. For example, when uploading pictures of a completed Work Order, the thumbnails are larger, and the file name and file size no longer show. This makes images simpler to use.

A Master User and Supervisor can vSearch by Occupied-Vacant-Either. After logging in, you can scroll down and tap Show in the vSearch radio control to see the vSearch options. At the bottom is a radio control for Occ-V-Either. You can make your selection. You can tap Go. Results show.

A vContractor Master User can put Internal Notes on a Work Order that go directly to payroll for a Technician. When Payroll is run for the Technician, any Internal Notes on a Work Order automatically show for the Technician. A Customer does not see Internal Notes.

You can tap "Get Customers Who Owe" to see the list of Customers with at least one outstanding invoice. You can tap "Email Statement as PDF" to email the statement as a PDF to the Customer. A Master User can login, create or open a work order, and tap "Close Work Order - Set As Active, Done, Reviewed, and Send to Payroll" to set the Work Order as Active, Completed, Reviewed, and send the Work Order to Payroll, all in one step.
