Operator error?
every time i tap “ring wallet” it opens up my map.
Cannot get ring to find in app
I am able to ping my phone by pushing card button but it either never shows in app or is red even though it’s right next to phone and supposedly connected. Never see th ring option
App problem
Whenever I click on the icon to ring my card or doesn’t work.. I can click it on the card and it’ll ring my phone but won’t do the other way around

Has an issue with my original card. Safedome was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Not only did they fix my card, but they upgraded my package. New card works Great, easy to setup and works better than I even imagined! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.
Saving my bacon
Love love this product and app. The GPS functionality is amazing and only wish is that the noise emitted by the card when lost was louder, but fully understand I also want the card to be thin and like a credit card so I am willing to compromise. This will be a great Christmas gift for my family. Everyone will get one.

Work great. I like the louder sound. Need work to attach to the key ring. Works perfectly.
