Don’t buy a Kailas watch.. Period
Other than being a good looking watch, everything about this Suunto watch and the app is garbage. Battery issues, sync issues and in this day and age, we need to update software via USB with a laptop!!!! Let us see if Suunto customer service will ever contact me.
Love the watch, app is garbage!
Too bad that such a nice watch with some distinct features is supported by such crappy software. Previously I had to manually start the app to get the time synced up. Now the app is asking me to pair, but the watch says paired. All of my notifications work fine, just can’t use the app at all.
This is my second poor experience with Suunto. Might be time to look into getting a Garmin.

Love the Watch, Please Keep Updates
Beautiful watch, I love mine. But I can’t pair with the 7r app. Suunto please keep updating. I’d love to be able change review to 5 stars.
Not good with iPhone X
Worked ok with my iPhone 6s but since I upgraded to an X, the watch tells me it is connected but the phone keeps wanting to pair again, and again, and again .....
Waste of time
App is useless. Kailash is very poor as an activity watch. Connection to Movescount is not possible. So Strava is out of the question too. Mapping is inaccurate. Pairing of the phone struggles via the app. My iPhone see’s the watch, but the app is unaware. Cannot send watch back because it was a gift and the time between the purchase and my birthday was longer than the returns policy. Very expensive watch for JUST telling me the time! I would return if I could.

The worst App accompanying an extremely expensive watch. Renders the entire functionality of the watch, pointless.. waste of money for the watch and customer services absolutely useless. The very last Suunto product I’ll buy...

The functionality of this app is significantly below what I would expect of a smart watch app costing nearly £600. Its very poor. I have no mapping. There is no daily step recording, no activity recording, no ability to work with other apps (MapMyRun, MyFitnessPal, Strava). For the Kailash there is not even an ability to Suunto’s other apps like Movescount. Think this watch may go back.

Bugs
When I first got this it worked ok but kinda slow.
Since the first of January it has not worked at all.
Constantly shows my location as being off the coast of South Africa. And that the year is 2026.
Support takes about 1-2 weeks to get an answer and even then the answer offers no satisfaction.
Deeply dissapointing.

App worked great at first
This app worked great at first and did exactly what it said it would with a beautiful UI and layout.
Suddenly though, it has stopped showing the map on which the pink dot representing the movements sits on which renders it pretty much useless except to change the settings you can already change on the connected watch.
