Unreliable

App constantly glitches. Nothing more frustrating than spending time populating information to them have to close the app and start again. This is an issue being experienced by the full team. This has been escalated but after several months there is no improvement in functionality or reliability.

Terrible app

Large energy company trying to use this inspection app, dragging down employee moral, because you can’t get it to install on your phone, or you finally after 1 hour 15 min get it to load only to have it be gone next time you need it

Rubbish

Constant issues, no fix in sight. Costs about 20 mins of setting up per day to be able to use the app. Forced to use by my company so what can you do!

When it works, it is great, but crashes a lot

Continues to say “something unexpected happened, report a bug”. It is a great tool when it works, but doesn’t work most of the time.

Slow and buggy

The app is extremely slow and full of bugs.

I can load a full 3d game in seconds or a real time feed of pictures and videos but this app takes several minutes to load some text.

In the days when people can make their own apps in a platform like PowerApps, this app gives a terrible end user user experience.

Poor poor poor system

The Enablon team really ought to spend time with some talented app developers that understand how to make their system intuitive and reliable. Very poor performance across the board on this app.

Mr Frustrated

Had to delete and download over 7 times as my inspections are never showing up. Cannot do monthly reports, just very frustrating as my company swears by this APP and I’m just over it. Now I can’t get out of this review as it wants me to put in a nickname and “all” I take are taken
